1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
  • All content on this site, including images, text, and product descriptions, is owned by GC Aesthetics and may not be copied or used without permission.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, and other methods as indicated on our website.
  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • GC Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the full price in euros is not received, or in the event of fraudulent activity or where incorrect pricing is detected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • GC Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or courier issues.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on eligibility and return procedures.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are shown to be defective.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days upon approval of the return.

5. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

  • GC Aesthetics products, are designed for post-surgical care but do not replace professional medical advice.
  • Customers should consult their healthcare provider before using GC Aesthetics products.
  • GC Aesthetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use. (delete)

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with the GC Aesthetics Privacy Policy available at https://www.gcaesthetics.com/privacy-policy.
  • By using our website, you consent to the collection of necessary information for order fulfillment.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Liability & Warranty

·       GC Aesthetics warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our product is found to be defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty covers the normal and recommended use of the Healena products within the recommended guidelines as set out in the instruction leaflet and does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, failure to follow the instructions, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

·       To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at ecommerce@gcaesthetics.comwith proof of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary depending on your local territory.

·       GC Aesthetics makes no promises or guarantees regarding the outcome or results from your use of the Healena product and use does not replace any particular patient surgical procedures, post-surgical treatment, or medical advice and you should discuss your requirements with your own healthcare professional.  

  • GC Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
  • GC Aesthetics, its affiliates, officers and directors  liability under these terms and in connection with the sale and use of GC Aesthetics products is limited to a maximum equal to the purchase price paid for  the product which is the subject of the claim.
  • We guarantee that our products meet high-quality standards, but individual results may vary.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland
