Refund policy

1. Returns

Our mission is our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Returns must be made within 21 days from the delivery date (within 14 days of the date of receipt).
    • Due to hygiene reasons,
    • Healena scar treatment can only be returned if unopened and unused.

o   Due to hygiene reasons, NOA post-surgery bras can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original sealed packaging. 

  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at ecommerce@gcaesthetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

·       Complaints If you have a question or wish to make a complaint, separate to the return of any GC Aesthetics products, please email direct to productsupport@gcaesthetics.com to initiate the complaint management process.

2. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days:

  • Approved Returns:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
  • Non-Approved Returns:
    • If an item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
